I’m a copywriter and interdisciplinary designer. I pay attention and try to create things that are timeless but also concerned with the modern world. I want to put all of my skills to work at the intersection of advertising, writing, design, identity and branding.
Currently, I’m a Copywriter at Ogilvy in New York City. I work on IBM, creating work in different mediums for multiple channels across the large and nuanced account. I’m an easy communicator and collaborator, used to working closely with art directors, creative directors, strategists and producers; I regularly present work to clients.
Born and raised in Seattle, I studied English and Studio Art at Denison University, in Ohio. After college, I worked as the editorial assistant at Columbus Monthly, pitching, reporting and writing; before that, I interned in the marketing department at Sub Pop. In 2011, I co-founded the icecreamist, a trend forecasting report focused on culture, art, fashion and the evolution of the American economy.
