To build eminence around certain customer-facing IBM experts—as well as demonstrate how IBM products can really help specific businesses—we created videos made up of interviews conducted at an IBM Industry Academy event in upstate New York.
In the lobby area of the event space, we set up whiteboards with questions and a corresponding matrix on them. With the provided Post-It notes—a different color for each industry; retail, automotive, healthcare, finance, government, etc.—IBMers answered the questions by sticking their Post-It on the segment of the matrix, or pie chart, that most aligned with their answers. Informally dubbed “the whiteboard videos,” these clips are built around interviews with a select few IBM industry experts and the more general insights from the Post-It note polling data, included via title card.
