Be Equal 

Be Equal is IBM’s ongoing initiative to help promote the advancement of gender equality in the workplace. We brought Be Equal to life, from start to finish–naming it, designing the Paul Rand-inspired Bee icon, shaping the voice, actions and style of content. IBMers made pledges to promote diversity from within. And, through a series of awareness-raising OOH banners and print ads in global publications, the public is also invited to pledge to Be Equal.
